Despite the threat of rain, we had an absolutely beautiful morning which brought more children to both camps. We started the morning with music and dancing as children arrived. Once again the team split to help with the Holiday Club at Langa Baptist and the Holiday Club at Common Ground Langa. At both clubs altogether, the Gospel was presented nearly 300 children.

At Langa Baptist, children continued the story of Esther and how God works through every situation to bring salvation to us. Elizabeth led an object lesson that engaged the children in understanding the “weight” of sin and our need of a saviour. The children were very receptive to the Gospel and had many questions. One grade 4 student sought out multiple leaders to find a Bible and we were able to locate one for him to take home. It was very encouraging to see his excitement when he received it.

At Common Ground Langa, the last day was full of excitement and energy as the children learned about the importance of each individual in the body of Christ. How we are all different, but members of one family.

As we go into our last day, please pray for a strong finish. Pray that our energy stays up and we continue to pour into the children attending the club.
