Ephesians 6: 5-9 turns boss/employee relations upside-down. Regardless of whether we are the boss or the employee, Christians work for God. In Christ Christians are no longer defined by social position and status, but by His blood we are a new people who are to love and serve one another because of who and what Christ has done. Jesus is the boss of us!
